Job Summary
• Our client is seeking two (2) female Customer Service / Sales Assistants to support daily shop operations.
• The business is not automated, so the role requires manually attending to customers, writing invoices, and accurately handling sales records.
Key Responsibilities
• Attend to customers politely and professionally
• Write sales invoices manually and accurately
• Learn and correctly apply product prices
• Ensure proper documentation of all sales
• Maintain cleanliness and order within the shop
• Carry out other assigned duties as required.
Requirements & Skills
• HND or BSc in a relevant field is an added advantage
• Experience Level: Minimum of one year experience
• Must be literate (able to read and write)
• Ability to write invoices clearly and accurately
• Willingness to learn product prices
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Honest, reliable, and punctual
• Previous experience is an added advantage.
