We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Contact Centre Agent to join our team. As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Respond to customer enquiries, requests, and complaints
• Provide accurate information on products and services
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary
• Maintain proper documentation and records of customer interactions
• Adhere to contact centre policies, procedures, and service level agreements
• Ensure confidentiality and data protection at all times
• Stay updated on banking products and services
REQUIREMENT
BSc degree 2:2 only.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage, especially Hausa)
Letting customers know about additional products or services that might benefit them
