Luxurypac is seeking smart, professional, and result-driven individuals to fill the roles of Sales Representative and Customer Service Representative.

Requirements
• Age: 26 years and above
• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and/or customer service
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Must be disciplined, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Job Responsibilities

Sales Representative
• Market and sell company products and services
• Source and follow up on potential clients
• Close sales and meet assigned targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Customer Service Representative
• Attend to customer inquiries professionally
• Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain proper customer records
