The customer service representative is responsible for receiving, processing, and managing customer orders made through online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive customer orders via whatsapp, email, website, or online platforms. Confirm order details (product type, size, quantity, and delivery location).
• Generate invoices and order confirmations.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding ordersand provide order status updates.
• Maintain accurate records of all online orders.
• Prepare daily/weekly order reports.
• Handle order changes, cancellations, and complaints professionally.
• Forward confirmed orders to the warehouse department.
• Coordinate with logistics team for dispatch.
Requirements:
• OND/HND in any subject area.
• Previous experience in customer service or order processing is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email)
• Attention to detail
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure.
