As a Sales & Marketing Agent, you will be responsible for promoting AlbarkaTopUp's services, finding new customers, and helping people register and use the platform. You will build good relationships with customers, explain the benefits of our services, and support business growth in your area.
Key Responsibilities
• Promote AlbarkaTopUp products and services.
• Register and onboard new customers.
• Help customers purchase airtime, data, electricity tokens, TV subscriptions, and exam PINs.
• Generate sales and meet agreed targets.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities in your community.
• Represent the AlbarkaTopUp brand professionally.
• Report sales activities and customer feedback.
