Concierge Nurse

About the Role
Regal Business Hub is recruiting on behalf of a premium healthcare client seeking an experienced Concierge Nurse to provide exceptional home-based nursing care across Lagos.
The successful candidate will combine excellent clinical competence with outstanding professionalism, compassion, and customer service to deliver a truly premium patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct home visits across Lagos.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Perform venepuncture and blood sample collection with excellent phlebotomy technique.
• Label, package, and maintain specimen integrity for laboratory testing.
• Administer prescribed injectable medications and other treatments.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Record vital signs and clinical observations.
• Educate patients on medication use, lifestyle modification, and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Ensure safe handling and disposal of sharps and clinical waste.
• Deliver a professional, compassionate, and reassuring experience during every patient interaction.
Requirements
• Registered Nurse (RN) and/or B.Sc. Nursing.
• Current Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) practising licence.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive post-qualification clinical experience.
• Excellent phlebotomy and venipuncture skills.
• Experience administering injectable medications.
• Outstanding bedside manner and interpersonal skills.
• Highly professional, well-groomed, and patient-centred.
• Ability to work independently in home-care settings.
• Experience in home healthcare, concierge nursing, endocrinology, diabetes care, wellness, or preventive medicine.
• Must reside in Lagos.
