**Role Description/strong>

The Executive Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Nigeria, responsible for driving new business and expanding JusticeSure’s customer base among SMEs and growing enterprises. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and presenting JusticeSure’s value proposition to decision-makers.

The Executive Sales

Representative will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline development, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with marketing and product teams, gathering customer feedback, and maintaining accurate CRM records to support forecasting and reporting. The role also requires nurturing long-term client relationships, supporting onboarding in collaboration with implementation teams, and representing JusticeSure at industry events and meetings.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software.

• Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, opportunity qualification, and pipeline management using CRM tools.

• Ability to conduct compelling product presentations, demos, and negotiations with senior business stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of business operations in areas such as inventory, finance, tax, HR, and compliance within African markets.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

• Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with willingness to travel domestically for client meetings when required.

• Familiarity with Nigerian business regulations and compliance requirements is an added advantage.
