Role Description
The Human Resources Specialist will support day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, record management, and coordination of HR processes.
Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, managing personnel files, and assisting with performance management and employee relations. The role will also involve supporting recruitment activities, organizing training initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal procedures. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lekki, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and best practices.
• Experience in HR Management and Personnel Management, including handling day-to-day staff matters.
• Ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies that support organizational goals.
• Experience administering Employee Benefits and supporting related employee inquiries.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in basic HR information systems and standard office software tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in real estate or a related industry is beneficial but not required.
