Employment Type: Part-Time

About Lustrew Dynamics
Lustrew Dynamics is an AI technology company developing intelligent automation solutions designed to help organizations improve productivity, reduce repetitive work, and scale operations.
Our flagship platform, AEGIS ADA, combines intelligent ticketing with AI-powered browser and desktop automation. ADA is designed to help IT teams and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) receive, understand, prioritize, investigate, and resolve supported IT service requests while escalating more complex issues to human technicians when necessary.
We are now expanding AEGIS ADA into the Nigerian market, initially focusing on Lagos and Abuja, and are looking for a commercially driven Business Development & Sales Associate to help build our customer pipeline and bring organizations into AEGIS ADA pilots.
The Role
We are looking for a Business Development & Sales Associate who is proactive, persistent, commercially minded, and comfortable generating business from the ground up.
This is not an account-management-only position.
Your primary responsibility will be to find qualified prospective customers, reach decision-makers, generate interest in AEGIS ADA, schedule product demonstrations, and move qualified prospects toward pilot programs and commercial agreements.
You will work directly with Lustrew Dynamics leadership and the AEGIS ADA technical team.
During the initial go-to-market stage, company leadership will assist with technical demonstrations, enterprise negotiations, and closing strategic opportunities. Your responsibility will be to consistently create and advance qualified opportunities.
Who You Will Target
Your primary prospects will include:
• Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
• IT support and IT outsourcing companies
• Managed cloud service providers
• Cybersecurity service providers
• Systems integrators
• Technology consulting companies
• Fintech companies
• SaaS companies
• Enterprises with internal IT help desks
• Organizations operating high-volume IT support environments
• Government technology contractors and service providers
• Companies interested in AI-driven IT automation
Initial market concentration will be Lagos and Abuja.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation
• Identify Nigerian companies that would benefit from AEGIS ADA and its AI-powered ticketing and automation capabilities.
• Build and maintain a structured database of qualified prospects and decision-makers.

• CEOs and Managing Directors
• CIOs and CTOs
• Heads of IT
• IT Operations Managers
• Service Delivery Managers
• Heads of Managed Services

• Founders of MSP and technology companies
Outbound Sales
• Conduct consistent outbound prospecting through:
• LinkedIn
• Email
• Phone
• Professional networks
• Industry events
• Referrals
• Appropriate business messaging channels
• Write personalized outreach rather than relying exclusively on generic mass messages.
• Clearly communicate AEGIS ADA's value proposition to both business and technical decision-makers.
• Follow up persistently and professionally with interested prospects.
• Generate qualified meetings and demonstrations for the AEGIS ADA team.
Discovery & Qualification
Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand:
• The prospect's current IT support environment.
• Number of technicians and support staff.
• Approximate monthly ticket volume.
• Existing ticketing or ITSM platform.
• Common repetitive ticket categories.
• Current SLA challenges.
• Areas where technicians spend significant time on repetitive work.
• Current automation capabilities.
• Number of customers supported if the prospect is an MSP.
• Growth objectives and staffing challenges.
• Decision-making and procurement process.
Determine whether a prospect is a strong candidate for an AEGIS ADA pilot.
Product Demonstrations & Pilots
• Coordinate product demonstrations with qualified prospects.
• Participate in demonstrations alongside Lustrew Dynamics leadership and technical personnel.
• Translate technical AEGIS ADA capabilities into clear business outcomes.
• Help prospects identify workflows suitable for automation.
• Move interested organizations toward structured AEGIS ADA pilot programs.

• Proposals
• Closed deals
• Lost opportunities
• Maintain clear next steps for every active sales opportunity.

Explore opportunities where partners may:
• Use AEGIS ADA internally.

• Persistent follow-up skills without being overly aggressive.
• Strong research and prospecting abilities.

Previous experience selling to Nigerian companies is strongly preferred.
An existing network of CIOs, CTOs, IT managers, MSP owners, technology executives, or enterprise decision-makers would be a major advantage.
The Person We Want
We are looking for someone who behaves like a hunter rather than an order taker.
You should be comfortable starting with a list of companies you have never spoken with, researching the correct decision-maker, developing an approach, starting the conversation, following up, qualifying the opportunity, and ultimately getting that organization in front of the AEGIS ADA team.
You should be someone who:
• Is comfortable hearing "no."
• Does not stop after sending one email.
• Knows how to build relationships.
• Understands that sales requires consistent follow-up.
• Can communicate confidently with senior executives.
• Is curious about technology.
• Learns quickly.
• Takes ownership of results.
• Thinks commercially.
• Can work independently without requiring constant supervision.
• Is motivated by measurable results and commission upside.
What You Will Be Selling
AEGIS ADA is designed to function as an intelligent automation layer for IT support operations.
Depending on the customer's environment and supported workflow, ADA can help:
• Receive and interpret support tickets.
• Categorize and prioritize requests.
• Determine appropriate next actions.
• Assist with ticket investigation.
• Execute supported browser-based workflows.
• Execute supported desktop workflows.
• Document actions taken.
• Update ticket information.
• Assist with ticket resolution.
• Escalate issues requiring human intervention.
For MSPs, the larger business proposition is straightforward:
Help existing technicians handle more support work and potentially support more customers without technician headcount increasing at the same rate.
