• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, testing, training, deployment, and user adoption.
• Monitor project performance against agreed KPIs, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure effective communication and documentation across all project phases.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live planning, and post-implementation reviews.
• Work closely with business teams to ensure ERP solutions deliver measurable operational improvements.
• Ensure project documentation, lessons learned, and implementation processes are properly maintained.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of proven project management experience, preferably within technology, business transformation, or enterprise systems implementation.
• Demonstrable experience managing SAP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with ERP systems and implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Change Management principles and methodologies.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and people management skills.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Experience managing external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
• Strong skills in project planning, risk management, issue resolution, budgeting, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements and outcomes.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
