Job summary

As a Growth & Marketing Associate, you will help Auxtoria boost brand awareness, grow our online presence, and support outreach campaigns. You will build relationships with parents, schools, churches, creators, and partners, gaining hands-on marketing experience while contributing to a mission-driven startup.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Brand & Campaigns – Help run marketing campaigns, keep our brand consistent, and put together promotional materials.

• Digital Marketing – Create and schedule social content, support website/blog updates and newsletters, and help with SEO.

• Growth – Support product launches, run acquisition campaigns, track performance, and suggest improvements.

• Community – Engage with our online community, reply to comments and messages, and help build community initiatives.

• Partnerships – Reach out to schools, churches, and NGOs, and help coordinate joint activities and events.

• Content – Write captions, blog posts, newsletters, and promo copy; work with designers to bring stories to life.

• Research – Keep an eye on the market and competitors, and pull together simple performance reports.

Requirements:

• Genuine interest in Auxtoria's mission and children's education

• Strong writer and communicator

• Creative, detail-oriented, organized

• Comfortable working independently in a remote team

• Eager to learn and grow in a startup environment

Nice to Have:

• Social media management experience

• Basic digital marketing or content creation know-how

• Canva or similar design tools

• Google Workspace / Microsoft Office

• Past volunteer or leadership experience
