Field Sales Representative — Hawaiian Noni Products Nigeria Limited
Location: Enugu (field-based, on-site) Job type: Full-time Salary: ₦70,000 – ₦150,000 monthly (growing with tenure and performance reviews), plus transport allowance
About the role
Hawaiian Noni Products Nigeria Limited is a natural wellness brand. We're looking for a Field Sales Representative in Enugu to market and sell our products to everyday customers as well as retail and institutional accounts — pharmacies, wellness/health stores, hospitals, and similar outlets.
You'll be the face of the brand in your territory: introducing the products to new customers, building relationships with retail and institutional buyers, and following up to keep existing customers ordering.
What you'll do
• Market and sell our range of wellness products to individual customers (B2C)
• Identify, pitch, and onboard retail and institutional accounts (B2B) — including pharmacies, hospitals, and wellness stores
• Follow up consistently with existing clients to maintain relationships and drive repeat orders
• Keep clear, honest records of visits, leads, and sales activity
• Represent the Hawaiian Noni Products Nigeria Limited brand professionally at every customer touchpoint
• Report on activity and progress at agreed intervals with your supervisor

• Starting salary: ₦70,000/month, rising toward ₦150,000/month through tenure and performance reviews

Requirements
• OND, HND, or BSc in any discipline (Marketing, Business Administration, or a science-related field is an advantage but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable approaching and pitching to strangers, retailers, and institutions alike
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field with minimal supervision
• Reliable, honest, and organized with basic record-keeping and reporting
• Prior sales, FMCG, or health/wellness product experience is an advantage but not required — we will train the right candidate
• Must be based in or able to work daily within Enugu
