Job summary

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and people-focused Human Resources & Administration Manager to oversee the studio's human resources functions and day-to-day administrative operations.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit processes.

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.

• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, reference checks, offers, and onboarding of new employees.

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

• Monitor staff attendance, leave, punctuality, and general compliance with company policies.

• Develop and manage staff performance appraisal and KPI processes.

• Support managers in addressing employee performance and disciplinary matters.

• Coordinate staff training, development, and professional growth initiatives.

• Manage employee relations and promote a positive workplace culture.

• Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns professionally and confidentially.

• Ensure employment contracts, HR documentation, and personnel records are properly maintained.

• Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance, leave, salary, and staff-related information.

• Monitor compliance with applicable employment laws and statutory requirements.

• Administration Management

• Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the studio.

• Develop and maintain efficient administrative systems and processes.

• Manage office supplies, equipment, facilities, and general office requirements.

• Coordinate relationships with office vendors, service providers, and external consultants.

• Monitor office expenses and support effective administrative cost control.

• Maintain proper filing, documentation, and records management systems.

• Coordinate meetings, internal events, staff activities, and other administrative requirements.

• Ensure the studio maintains a professional, organized, safe, and productive working environment.

• Manage office access, security, maintenance, and general facility requirements.

• Develop and maintain administrative policies and procedures.

• Identify recurring performance or behavioural issues and recommend appropriate interventions.

• Promote accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and effective communication across the studio.

• Ensure HR and administrative practices comply with company policies and applicable Nigerian employment regulations.

• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

• Ensure required HR and administrative documentation is complete and up to date.

Requirements:

• BSc. in Human Resources Management, or a related field.

• 3+ years of relevant HR and administrative experience, preferably with management or supervisory experience.

• Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of HR practices and Nigerian employment regulations.

• Experience managing recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration.

• Strong administrative and organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Slack, and Google Workspace.

• Experience with HR/payroll or employee management software is an advantage.

Remuneration: NGN200,000 monthly net
