Position: Growth Marketing Associate
Commitment: 60 hours/month (approx. 3 hours/day, flexible schedule)

About the Role
We're looking for a results-driven Brand Growth Marketer to help build brand awareness, grow our audience, and drive measurable engagement across key channels. This is a flexible, part-time role suited to a marketer who can work independently, prioritize high-impact activities, and deliver consistent results within a lean time commitment.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute brand growth strategies across social media, content, and digital channels
• Plan and manage content calendars aligned with brand voice and growth goals
• Run high converting Ads to improve sales
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities (partnerships, campaigns, trends)
• Monitor brand performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions) and report insights
• Collaborate with design/content teams (or manage freelancers) to produce on-brand marketing assets
• Run and optimize small-scale paid campaigns where applicable
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes
• Suggest and test growth experiments (A/B tests, new channels, campaign formats)
Requirements
• Proven experience in brand marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and audience growth tactics
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar)
• Excellent written communication and brand storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently within a part-time schedule
• Self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills
Nice to Have
• Experience with paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok)
• Basic graphic design or content creation skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• Experience working with startups or lean marketing teams
