With multi-billion-dollar investments and a strong project execution footprint across Africa, Middle East, and Asia, Sterling is transforming businesses with digital-first, future-ready strategies.We are now strengthening our HR Leadership to support enterprise-wide digital transformation and build an agile, technology-enabled workforce.Position: HR Lead - Digital TransformationWe are seeking a seasoned and visionary HR leader to drive digital transformation across the Hire-to-Retire spectrum, ensuring HR systems, processes, analytics, and capabilities evolve with Sterling's global business growth.Key Responsibilities:Digital HR Strategy Development:- Create and execute a structured transformation roadmap aligned with organizational priorities.HR Technology Implementation:- Deploy and optimize HRMS/HRIS, ATS, LMS, PMS, Payroll and digital workflows connecting all stages of the employee lifecycle.Digital Adoption & Change Management:- Lead structured change programs to improve adoption, behavioral shift, and digital orientation.Employee Experience Enhancement:- Utilize automation, self-service, AI-driven solutions, chatbots, and mobile-first access to elevate experience and efficiency.People Analytics & Reporting:- Build dashboards, HR KPIs, talent intelligence, and predictive analytics to support strategic decision-making.Stakeholder & Leadership Collaboration:- Work closely with leadership, IT, PMO, Finance, and business units for seamless delivery and business alignment.Digital Skilling & Capability Building:- Establish development frameworks to build digital capabilities across HR and project teams.- Standardization & Process Re-Engineering- Simplify and re-imagine legacy HR processes for automation, scalability, and faster people decisions.Desired Profile- 12-20 years of strong HR leadership experience with hands-on digital transformation exposure.- Proven experience in implementing HR technology platforms and driving process digitization.- Understanding of HR Centers of Excellence and project-based business environments.- Strong change management, stakeholder engagement, and execution skills.- Experience working in multi-geography or large industrial setups preferred.Preferred Industry BackgroundCandidates from the following industries will be preferred:- Oil & Gas- Power- Petrochemicals- Fertilizer- Metals & MiningLocation : Lagos, NigeriaExpat Compensation & Benefits:- Tax-free or optimized expat compensation- Company-provided furnished accommodation- Official vehicle & driver support- Annual paid home-country tickets
