Job Description
• Plan, coordinate, and manage construction and facilities management projects from start to completion.
• Supervise contractors, artisans, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, quality, and compliance with specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and provide regular project progress reports.
• Coordinate procurement, materials, and other project resources.
• Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and operational issues.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Pay: From ₦500,000.00 per month
