Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦500,000 monthly (depending on expertise)
Experience: 4–5+ years
We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, safely, and to required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and manage projects from inception to completion.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, costs, quality, and site activities.
• Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of materials.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, BOQs, and HSE standards.
• Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and operational issues.
• Manage client communication and project documentation.
Requirements
• 4–5+ years’ proven experience in construction/project management.
• Experience handling construction, renovation, civil, building, or infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects from planning to completion.
• Strong contractor, budget, cost, and procurement management skills.
• Good knowledge of construction processes and HSE requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• BSc/HND in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Project/Construction Management, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, COREN, QSRBN, CORBON, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
