Job Summary



• We are looking for a smart, organised, proactive and resourceful HR & Administrative Officer to support the smooth running of a firm

• The role will provide administrative, HR, and operational support across the organisation, including office coordination, documentation, client and project support, internal coordination, and general business administration.

• This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within a professional consulting environment. While some relevant experience is preferred, we are more interested in someone who is intelligent, dependable, organised, and willing to learn on the job.



Key Responsibilities



• Support the day-to-day administration and smooth running of the office.

• Provide administrative and operational support to the consulting team.

• Assist with client engagements, projects, meetings, and business activities.

• Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and internal activities.

• Prepare and maintain reports, documents, presentations, records, and other business documentation.

• Maintain organised physical and electronic filing systems.

• Support basic HR activities including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, leave administration, and staff documentation.

• Liaise with clients, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders when required.

• Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.

• Conduct research and provide administrative support when required.

• Provide general support to management and team members.

• Take on other responsibilities that contribute to the effective running and growth of the business.



Requirements



• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in administration, HR, operations, or a similar role. Fresh graduates with strong potential may also be considered.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Resourceful, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Strong interpersonal skills and professional disposition.
