Salary: ₦10.8M – ₦12M Gross Annual
Reports to: Head, Insights & Policy Advocacy
Role Summary
Our client is seeking experienced Market Research Specialists to conduct high-quality research, generate industry insights, develop thought leadership reports, and support evidence-based policy advocacy and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct primary and secondary market research across various sectors.
Design and manage surveys, interviews, questionnaires, and research projects.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, opportunities, and industry developments.
Prepare research reports, industry analyses, insight papers, and presentations.
Monitor economic, regulatory, and market trends and provide actionable recommendations.
Translate complex research findings into clear, compelling business insights.
Support policy advocacy, thought leadership, and strategic research initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams, industry experts, and key stakeholders.
Requirements/Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Must have at least 4–6 years' experience in Market Research, Data Analysis, Insights Development, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Proficiency in Excel, SPSS, Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, or similar research/data analytics tools.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, report writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage research projects from design through execution and delivery.
