Role: Marketing and Content Executive

Location: Abuja (Remote)

Reports to: Business Development Manager

Salary: ₦150,000 - ₦200,000 monthly

About

Our client is a young real estate development company building in the FCT.

They have no marketing team, no content library and no brand recognition yet. That's the job.

They are looking for one person to build their marketing from nothing — not to inherit someone else's system.

What you'll actually do

• Shoot and edit photos and video on site: construction progress, walkthroughs, finished units

• Write the captions, brochures, adverts and project decks

• Run the Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and WhatsApp channels day to day

• Run paid campaigns on Meta and Google on a tight budget, and prove what they returned

• Turn enquiries into qualified leads and hand them to the Business Development Manager

What we need

• 3+ years in marketing, content or digital — at least 2 of them producing content yourself, not briefing others

• A portfolio. Accounts you ran, videos you shot and cut, copy you wrote. Applications without one won't be reviewed.

• Hands-on skill in Premiere Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva or equivalent

• Real experience running Meta and Google ads that generated leads

• Evidence you've built something from scratch before

• Based in Abuja and willing to be on site regularly

Property experience is a bonus, not a requirement. Drone skills are a real plus.
