Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
• Drive performance management and organizational development in the consulting firm.
• Ensure 100% compliance with the Nigerian Labour Act.
• Manage employee relations, benefits administration, and policy implementation.
