We are a Lagos-based event-planning, styling and decoration company looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to help us generate qualified enquiries and bookings.
This is a one-month contract position, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
Responsibilities
• Audit and improve our existing Instagram presence
• Identify and target our ideal Lagos-based and diaspora customers
• Develop compelling offers for our event-planning and styling services
• Create and execute a one-month marketing campaign
• Run and optimise Meta and Instagram advertisements
• Set up an effective WhatsApp or enquiry-form lead funnel
• Track leads from initial enquiry to consultation and booking
• Provide weekly performance reports and recommendations
What We Are Looking For
• Proven experience generating leads or customers through digital campaigns
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Instagram marketing
• Experience building and managing lead-generation funnels
• Ability to track cost per lead, conversions and customer-acquisition costs
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Experience marketing events, weddings, hospitality or lifestyle services is an advantage
This is not solely a content-posting or social-media management position. The primary objective is to generate qualified enquiries and profitable bookings.
Contract and Compensation
• One-month initial contract
• Compensation of ₦250,000–₦350,000
• Additional performance-based bonus tied to agreed customer-acquisition targets
• Advertising expenditure provided separately
• Possibility of an extension based on performance
• Remote position, but knowledge of the Lagos events market is required
