Sales & Customer Representative

We are hiring a football-savvy, target-driven Sales & Social Media Representative to join our growing football media and merchandise brand.

Responsibilities:

• Drive weekly jersey sales and meet assigned sales targets.

• Respond to customer enquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp and other social platforms.

• Convert enquiries and leads into sales and follow up with potential customers.

• Engage with our football community and promote products.

• Stay updated on Premier League news, transfers, fixtures, players and major football trends.

• Track sales, customer enquiries and provide weekly performance reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum WAEC/SSCE or OND qualification.

• Strong knowledge and genuine passion for football, especially the Premier League.

• Excellent communication, customer service and persuasion skills.

• Sales-oriented, proactive and target-driven.

• Comfortable using Instagram, WhatsApp and other social media platforms.

• Previous sales, customer service or social media experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₦70,000.00 - ₦80,000.00 per month

Education:

• Post-secondary (technical & vocational) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Marketing and Customer Service : 2 years (Preferred)
