Role: Sales and Marketing Officers

Industry: Ethical Financial Services (Savings, Investments, Asset Management & Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)).

Summary of Key Responsibilities – Sales & Marketing Officer
• Generate new customer and business leads through direct sales, referrals, networking, digital channels and field marketing.
• Promote company's savings/target investment and investment products and drive customer and fund acquisition.
• Identify and acquire BNPL customers, merchants and strategic business partners.
• Generate qualified leads for asset, MSME and project financing and support prospects through the onboarding process.
• Identify HNI, affluent and institutional prospects for investment and wealth management opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to drive retention, repeat business and referrals.
• Support marketing campaigns, product awareness activities and digital customer acquisition.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently follow up and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales, customer acquisition and investment/financing targets.
• Monitor competitors and market trends and provide feedback to management on customer needs and business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer, lead and sales records and submit regular performance reports.
• Work closely with Operations, Credit, Risk and Investment teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and transaction execution.

Academic Qualifications & Experience

Bsc/HND in - but not restricted - Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline.

A minimum of 1–3 years' progressive experience in business development, sales, marketing, relationship management in financial servicing industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales, investment mobilization, and business growth targets.

Experience in the financial services, banking, fintech, investment, or non-interest finance sector is an added advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Remuneration

150,000 to 200,000 net Plus Performance Driven Commission Structure.
