Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Paid Acquisition:

• Own campaign strategy, build, and daily optimisation across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and Meta

• Design account and campaign structure from scratch: naming conventions, ad group segmentation, match type strategy, negative keyword architecture

• Set and manage bidding strategy, budget pacing, and dayparting against CPA and ROAS targets

• Run structured creative and ad copy testing with clear hypotheses and statistical discipline

• Build and manage audiences: custom, lookalike, remarketing, customer list uploads, exclusion logic

• Own conversion tracking end-to-end GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, offline conversion imports

• Diagnose and fix tracking discrepancies between ad platforms, analytics, and CRM

• Manage spend responsibly and report weekly on where every dollar went and what it returned

Conversion & Landing Pages:

• Plan, write, and iterate landing pages built specifically for paid traffic

• Run A/B and multivariate tests on offers, headlines, forms, and page structure

• Use heatmapping and session recording to identify and fix drop-off points

• Work with our build team to ship page changes quickly

Outbound Email & Deliverability:

• Own sending domain configuration and health: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up, inbox placement

• Build and enrich targeted prospect lists with verified decision-maker contacts

• Write, launch, and A/B test cold email and follow-up sequences

• Triage replies, qualify interest, and book calls into the sales calendar

Analytics & Reporting:

• Build and maintain dashboards covering spend, CPA, ROAS, pipeline, and channel contribution

• Provide actionable insight, not screenshots — what to cut, what to scale, and why

• Stay current on platform changes, algorithm updates, and privacy/tracking shifts

SEO Supporting:

• Keyword and gap research using Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar

• On-page optimisation, schema markup, internal linking

• Ensure paid and organic strategy inform each other rather than compete

Requirements:

• 3–5 years hands-on paid media experience with a verifiable portfolio of accounts you personally managed

• You must be able to state the monthly ad spend you have managed and the CPA or ROAS movement you produced. Applications without this will not be reviewed.

• Expert-level Google Ads: account structure, bidding, Performance Max, search term management, scripts a plus

• Strong Meta Ads: campaign structure, creative testing, audience strategy, Conversions API

• Deep working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including debugging tracking failures

• Demonstrated experience marketing to North American, UK, or European B2B audiences

• Hands-on experience with cold email infrastructure and deliverability

• Experience with landing page builders and CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)

• Strong conversion copywriting — ads, landing pages, and email

• Highly organised, self-driven, metrics-oriented, and honest about what is not working

• Can work independently without constant supervision

• Reliable power and internet, with a backup for both

Nice To Have:

• Google Ads certification, Meta Blueprint, or equivalent

• Experience running paid for B2B SaaS, professional services, or marketplace products

• Experience with outbound and CRM tooling (Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, HubSpot, Zapier)

• Server-side tracking implementation

• Experience marketing to owner-operated businesses or professional services firms

What Success Looks Like:

You will be measured by:

• Cost per qualified lead, and its trend over time

• Number of qualified conversations booked per week

• Return on ad spend by channel and campaign

• Landing page conversion rate improvement

• Tracking accuracy and data integrity

• Sender domain health and inbox placement

• Clear weekly reporting and demonstrated learning from tests

Why Join Us:

• Full ownership of paid strategy across a multi-product portfolio

• Direct working relationship with senior leadership — no layers, fast decisions

• Real budget and real autonomy to test channels

• Performance-based bonuses tied to qualified leads delivered

• Flexible remote environment
