Job Position: Digital Marketing Associate

Role Summary
• The Digital Marketing Associate supports the digital marketing team in executing day-to-day marketing activities including content publishing, campaign support, and marketing operations.
• This role is designed to develop practical marketing skills while supporting lead generation and brand visibility efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Content Publishing:
• Assist in publishing content across social media platforms, the company website, and email newsletters.
Social Media Support:
• Assist with daily social media activities.
• Respond to comments and messages where appropriate.
• Monitor engagement and report trends.
Marketing Campaign Support:
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Help prepare campaign creatives and campaign materials.
• Assist with lead capture activities.
Data & Reporting Support:
• Track marketing campaign metrics.
• Assist in preparing marketing performance reports.
Research:
• Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and marketing opportunities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Consistency of content publishing
• Social media engagement growth
• Campaign support effectiveness
• Accuracy and timeliness of marketing reports.
Qualifications
• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 1 - 3 years of experience.
Required Skills:
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing
• Good writing and communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Ability to learn quickly
• Attention to detail.
