Role Description The Affiliate Marketing Program Lead is a remote, contract role responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing Techhive Foundation’s affiliate marketing initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and recruiting affiliate partners, setting up program structures and tracking mechanisms, and managing ongoing relationships with affiliates. The role involves developing promotional campaigns, coordinating digital marketing assets, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing regular reports on conversions, traffic, and revenue impact. The Affiliate Marketing Program Lead will collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to align affiliate activities with overall brand and program goals, while ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and best practices.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Affiliate Marketing skills, including program setup, partner recruitment, and campaign optimization.
• Candidates should possess Digital Marketing and Online Marketing skills to design, execute, and measure multi-channel affiliate campaigns.
• Candidates should possess core Marketing skills to align affiliate strategies with broader brand and outreach objectives.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for negotiating terms, maintaining partner relationships, and presenting performance insights.
• Experience with affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, UTM tracking) is highly beneficial.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple initiatives, and meet agreed timelines.
• Prior experience leading or significantly contributing to an affiliate program, ideally in a nonprofit or tech-focused context, is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience is preferred but not required.
