Job Description
• Plan, coordinate, and manage technology projects from initiation through completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate software developers, designers, engineers, IT specialists, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication among all stakeholders.
• Track project performance using relevant KPIs and project management tools.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and procurement requirements.
• Ensure technology solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and user expectations.
• Coordinate testing, implementation, deployment, and project handover activities.
• Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Manage changes to project scope and ensure proper documentation and approval.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security requirements, and relevant technology standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and team efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience managing technology or IT projects.
• Strong understanding of software development and technology project life cycles.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, risk management, and resource planning.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other relevant certification is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• High level of accountability, professionalism, and adaptability.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 per month
