Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Medical Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of clinical education programs, physician engagement initiatives, conferences, exhibitions, and strategic healthcare projects. The successful candidate will work closely with physicians, healthcare institutions, industry partners, and internal teams to deliver high-impact educational initiatives while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management
• Plan, coordinate, and execute strategic healthcare projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and implementation schedules.
• Monitor project milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
• Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
Medical Education & Physician Engagement
• Plan and coordinate Continuous Medical Education (CME) programs, physician workshops, and clinical training sessions.
• Develop annual medical education calendars.
• Coordinate speaker invitations, faculty logistics, and physician sponsorships.
• Manage physician databases and engagement activities.
• Track physician participation and educational outcomes.
Conferences & Events
• Plan and coordinate the company's participation in local and international conferences and exhibitions.
• Organize product launches, workshops, seminars, and customer engagement events.
• Coordinate event logistics, including travel, accommodation, venue bookings, and exhibition setup.
• Liaise with conference organizers, vendors, and industry partners.
Budget & Stakeholder Management
• Prepare and manage project and event budgets.
• Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements.
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to support educational campaigns and product launches.
Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain accurate project documentation and sponsorship records.
• Prepare management reports and post-event evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable healthcare industry regulations.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• Event Management certification or experience is an added advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, medical education, pharmaceutical, medical devices, or hospital administration.
• Experience organizing conferences, workshops, and educational events.
• Experience working with healthcare professionals and medical stakeholders.
