Responsibilities:
• Market and grow the bank’s risk assets and liability portfolio within assigned locations while maintaining strong relationships with customers.
• Manage loan applications and portfolios by ensuring compliance with the bank’s credit policy, proper documentation, and strong portfolio quality.
Requirements:
• B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting, or any other numerate discipline.
• Minimum of three years’ relevant experience as a Loan or Credit Officer within a Microfinance Bank, Commercial Bank, or Financial Institution.
• Strong knowledge of credit analysis, loan monitoring, and recovery processes.
• Proven ability to generate quality risk assets and mobilize deposits.
