• Payout: $30 - $42/hour
Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Sales Development Representative to work on a contract basis. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, engaging potential clients, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify potential clients in target markets.
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate leads.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Schedule meetings and demonstrations for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and lead status in the CRM.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound call quotas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
