Salary:N250,000-N300,000
Job Summary
We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations. The role focuses on plant performance, HSE compliance, team leadership, maintenance coordination, SOP adherence, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day gas station operations and supervise plant personnel.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
• Monitor gas station performance, productivity, and equipment reliability.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Lead safety inspections, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and statutory submissions.
• Prepare operational and management reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in gas station or LPG
• Strong knowledge of plant operations, HSE practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting.
