Job Description
• Assist with bookkeeping, transaction posting, ledger maintenance and preparation of accounting schedules.
• Perform bank, customer, vendor and other assigned reconciliations under supervision.
• Support preparation of trial balances, management accounts, financial statements and client reports.
• Organise invoices, receipts, bank statements and supporting documents into clear audit-ready files.
• Assist with tax computations, schedules, filings and statutory documentation as assigned. Use Excel and accounting software to analyse data and prepare accurate working papers.
• Follow up missing information from clients professionally and maintain clear records of outstanding items.
• Participate in client meetings, stock counts, field assignments or verification exercises when required.
• Identify obvious errors, unusual transactions and missing documents and escalate them promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with the firm’s review, documentation and quality-control procedures.
• Complete assigned learning, professional examination and performance development requirements.
Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
