Job summary
The finance & accounts manager will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, tax compliance, audits, and inventory reconciliation, while providing strategic financial insights to support business performance. This is a full-time, on-site role in Lagos.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Conduct financial and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Manage inventory control and stock reconciliation processes.
Requirements:
• A minimum of an HND in accounting, finance, or economics.
• Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or senior finance role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Sound understanding of Nigerian tax laws, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
• Professional certification, such as ICAN or ACCA, is highly preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in accounting/ERP software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Zoho Books.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as liaising with external auditors and regulatory authorities
• Experience in Inventory management & stock reconciliation
Remuneration: NGN 450,000 – 650,000 Monthly
